This was a life saver for us this summer. When my 1 year old got tired of playing inside but I didn't feel like getting out and about, we just walked out to the backyard and filled up the pool. (The sand stays in all the time.) We probably spent over an hour every afternoon for a good portion of the summer playing in the sand and water!
