    My family LOVES this trampoline! I have 3 kids, 17,16 and 10. It is big enough for jumping alone or together. It is used everyday. It was a gift for my 50 year old husband he loves it and also goes on everyday. It gets their heart rate going and have noticed them building up endurance and losing weight.
    Was really easy to put together took the whole family about 2 hours. The netting is great, my son does amazing flips and feels safe. Really couldn't ask for more.
    My only regret is I have bad knees and can't go on. I get jealous watching and listing to them have so much fun, however seeing everyone with a smile on their faces is worth it.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
