Most of the kits available are in the 'Ready to Build Custom Group'.
Each level is sold with a level of building skill that the customer will need to assemble. For the complete do it yourself customer they offer the "Ready To Build Custom' which comes with a kit that includes assembly instructions and hardware. For the beginner do it yourself parent they offer the Ready To Assemble No-Cut' which comes with all hardware, assembly instructions and pre-cut lumber, and finally for the laid-back customer they offer the 'Ready To Assemble Wood Complete,' which is a swing set fully loaded with accessories, pre-cut lumber, and hardware. Unless you have the time to pre-drill every piece of wood, you will end up with ALOT of cracked pieces of wood. Also, missing bags of bolts.

It is a really nice set and my daughter loves it. A couple of things I recommend are 1) All the screwheads be the same - we had to keep switching the drill end all the time, and 2) Make the beam that the swings go on just a little longer so the swings aren't so close to each other. Little kids don't always swing perfectly straight and I feel that they are too close together and could hit while swinging.
Service and delivery comments:
Service was great; delivery man was great too! I'd recommend shipping the shorter pieces in smaller boxes because they were in long ones and those boxes were pretty much apart by the time they got to my place. I examined all the pieces though and nothing was broken so I didn't worry about reporting it.

I bought this product and wanted to assembled myself. Most of the work had to do it alone then took me around 1 wk to have it ready. I got help from a friend to join the bigger parts. Also sometimes I hard sometime finding the pieces which could be in any of the 5 boxes.
Anyway, the effort was rewarded with my children happines ;-) They really love this playground.
